Chris Mundy
President
Chris is one of the most experienced real estate consultants in the Washington, DC area. He possesses over 15 years of real estate experience and in that time has been involved in the sale of over 500 properties with volume totaling $275M. He spent several years as a Sales Manager for many new construction projects and has worked exclusively with clients through general brokerage on the buying and selling of real property throughout Virginia, Maryland and the District.
In addition, Chris has consulted for many local and regional developers on specific multi-family & mixed-use projects containing as many as 300 residential units.
He has been licensed in Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia and New York City.
Chris received his Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University and Masters of Business Administration from Marymount University.
Bill Mundy
Managing Director
William "Bill" Mundy has been a banker and wealth manager in the Washington metropolitan area for the past thirty-five years. He has held a number of senior management positions in his career for both national banks and local community banks. Bill has extensive experience in working with individuals and business owners to develop an investment program that meets their financial objectives based on their risk tolerance level.
Bill received a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Arts from Villanova University. He is also a graduate of The Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
Bill is involved in several charitable activities. He currently serves on the board of directors of two nonprofit organizations that work with children and young adults with developmental disabilities. He is also a soccer coach for a youth challenged team with the Fairfax Police Youth Club.
